A Love Letter to CDMX
A love letter in three parts, this photo series traces my evolving relationship with Mexico City—its chaos, color, and quiet moments that keep calling me back.
They call Paris “The City of Love.” Possibly true, possibly marketing. But if there’s a real ranking for such a place—alive, loud, full of laughter and warmth—then Mexico City easily sits at the top. It’s where colonial beauty meets urban grit, where life spills into the streets without hesitation. Amid the chaos, there’s always a quiet alley or plaza where the noise fades into birdsong and bells. History isn’t sealed behind museum glass; it lives on every corner, painted across walls and faces. Perhaps I’m just a stray dog chasing curiosity, but each day I walk miles, discovering more. This isn’t a city meant to be conquered by checklists—it humbles you, feeds you, shakes you awake, and leaves you fascinated. Wander aimlessly, and adventure will find you.
