Northen Taiwan: A Day with the Tayal

I spent a day in the northern Taiwanese countryside with a couple from the Tayal tribe, documenting their quiet rhythm of life. Between walks through the green hills and shared meals, they showed me how they sustain themselves through traditional weaving, a craft passed down through generations. Their hands moved with practiced ease over the loom, transforming threads into patterns that carried both beauty and memory. The pictures capture not only the process of their work but also the intimacy of their partnership and the resilience of a culture still alive in their everyday lives.
